Well, its been a month since our annual meeting. We spoke about our transition to a property management company, compass. Here is what it means for you:

--> Your own Warner Creek account (portal). Expect to receive a link the week of 11/1 to set this up. You will be able to communicate with us and pay dues through this account.

--> Welcome Packet -- Compass will mail you a welcome packet next week. Expect to receive it before the middle of the month.
