Please see the WCHOA Bylaws and ABR Amendment for architecture update and fence guidelines. All proposals must be submitted and approved by the ABR prior to work beginning. Any work performed is to be exactly shown/described in the plan approved by the ABR. Failure to comply with the approved plan will result in the request to remove the work from the property.
