The WCHA Board of Directors is made up of a group of volunteers who are striving to make our subdivision a premier place to live. We are always open to suggestions. A homeowner can join the board of directors at the annual meeting.

Our Board of Directors is a group of resident volunteers who are striving to make our subdivision a welcoming and enjoyable place to live. If you want to get in touch, or are interested in joining the Board, please reach out via email. Information about running for the Board is sent out with the Annual Meeting notice as seats are available.
Architectural Board of Review
Committee Chair: Anh Le
This 5-person committee makes sure that building updates and improvements follow HOA bylaws and policies and fit with the neighborhood. It is responsible for reviewing owners' plans for any additions or alterations to their property. Each ABR committee member needs to consider the guidelines before them in assessing each proposal individually. The intent of Architectural Board of Review is to enforce the bylaws and standards of property maintenance while also being a positive part of our community.
Activities Committee
Committee Chair: Megan Kloustin
This committee arranges events and social touch points for residents in our community, often in the park. Funds for activities are drawn from the Association budget. Regular events include an Easter egg hunt, food trucks all summer, Fall Fest, Cookies & Cocoa, and organizing the neighborhood garage sale.
Welcome Committee
Committee Chair: Courtney Crawford
This committee reaches out to new families when they move into our neighborhood to ensure feel welcome. A packet is provided with important information about our neighborhood as well as the larger Pittsfield Township / Saline community.
