Warner Creek is a volunteer-run homeowners association. The Board is made up of residents who help oversee operations, planning, and communication for the neighborhood, working alongside the management company for administrative and financial support.

The Board makes decisions for the Association, and the management company assists with administration and day-to-day operations.

Board Responsibilities​

  • Neighborhood communication

Management Company Responsibilities​

​

  • Dues billing and account questions

  • Financial recordkeeping

  • Vendor coordination and payments

  • Real estate closing paperwork

  • Notice mailings and administrative support

Board Elections & Terms
Board members serve two-year terms and are elected by homeowners at the Annual Meeting. Any homeowner in good standing may run for election — length of residency does not matter.
Officer Roles

After each election, the Board selects officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) from among the elected members.
Attending Board Meetings

The Board meets monthly throughout the year and meetings are held virtually. Homeowners may request to attend a meeting by contacting the Board in advance.

Homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting. It is when the Association conducts official business, votes on Board members and other matters, and shares important community updates. Notice of the Annual Meeting is mailed to homeowners approximately 60 days in advance.

Serving on the Board is one of the best ways to stay informed and contribute to the neighborhood. If board seats will be open, application information is typically shared around January of that year.
