Life in
Warner Creek
This is where neighbors find events, volunteer opportunities, and helpful local information — and stay connected to what’s going on around the neighborhood.
Stay Connected
Information in Warner Creek is shared in more than one place. The HOA sends official notices by email, while neighbors also use our Facebook group for everyday updates and conversation. Joining both helps make sure nothing important catches you by surprise.
Email List (Official Notices)
Our email list is the primary way the HOA shares official information such as:
-
annual meeting details
-
policy updates
-
major neighborhood notices

If you own a home in Warner Creek and are not receiving emails, please contact the Board to be added.
Community Facebook Group
Our Facebook group is an optional, resident-run space for day-to-day neighborhood communication, including:
-
events and gatherings
-
lost pets
-
recommendations and questions
This is not used for official HOA notices, but it’s a great way to stay connected with neighbors.
Get Involved
Warner Creek is volunteer-run, and many of the things neighbors enjoy — events, welcome outreach, and care of shared spaces — happen because residents choose to help. Participation is flexible, and even small contributions make a difference.
Activities Committee

Helps plan neighborhood gatherings such as food truck nights, seasonal events and the annual garage sale. Volunteers can choose to help occasionally or be part of planning.
Parks Committee

Assists with maintenance and improvement projects for common areas and green spaces. This is often hands-on but flexible — volunteers time allows for a specific need.
Welcome Committee

Greets new residents and helps them get oriented to Warner Creek and our surrounding community. This might include dropping off welcome information.
Other ways to get involved
The Board is made up of volunteer homeowners from the neighborhood. If you’ve ever considered helping guide decisions or learning more about how the Association operates, you’re welcome to explore what serving entails.

Around the Neighborhood

Warner Creek Park & South Park
Warner Creek Park sits at the heart of the neighborhood, with two play areas, open green space for games, and lots of picnic tables. It’s also where most neighborhood events are held.
South Park offers a quieter, natural space that's great for exploring.

Little Free Libraries
There are four Little Free Libraries spread throughout our neighborhood with books for readers of all ages. Feel free to take a book, leave a book, or simply stop by while you're out for a walk — you might even visit all four.

Walkable Sidewalks & Paths
Sidewalks connect Warner Creek to neighboring subdivisions and the Platt Road Greenway, creating plenty of space for walking dogs, bike rides, and time outdoors. It's also one of the easiest ways to meet neighbors in your everyday.

Neighborhood Connections
Throughout the year, neighbors gather for seasonal events and park get-togethers. Many of the best connections happen in everyday ways — meeting at the bus stop, seeing the same faces at the park, or chatting on walks. Residents also support one another through meal trains coordinated by the Activities Committee.
We love adding resident photos to the website. If you’ve captured a neighborhood moment, feel free to send it to us.
